Booking & Cancellations

We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may be subject to a fee equivalent of 50% of the scheduled service.
No-shows will be charged the full price of the scheduled session.

Arrivals & Late Policy

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate subsequent appointments.
Full payment is still due for the originally scheduled time.

Payments & Gratuity

We accept cash, check, credit card, or mobile payments.
Tips are appreciated but not necessary.

Health & Safety

Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or skin conditions prior to your session.
If you are feeling unwell or have symptoms of illness, please reschedule your appointment.
To ensure hygienic safety, we follow strict sanitation protocols.

Privacy & Confidentiality

All client information is kept confidential and handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

Gift Cards & Rewards

Gift cards are available and must be redeemed within one year of the purchase date.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
